Special Rates For Senior Adult Groups

About Group Rates

• Rates are per person per night
• Rates are Base Rates and are subject to change according to group needs
• There is a 3% Credit Card Transaction Fee on payments over $1,000.  
• Groups are expected to pay full payment upon departure
• Group Rates are based on the American Plan: three meals per day
• Access to meeting rooms based on group size
• Tax exempt status requires Georgia State Sales Tax Exemption Form and Local Hotel/Motel Tax Exemption Form. Payment must be made with State of Georgia funds.
• All rates subject to change and include a 5% Glynn County Bed Tax, 7% Sales Tax, 5% Service Charge and a $5 Georgia Motel Fee
• Preferred payment by check. 
• No Pets or Intoxicants
• Epworth’s Facilities are Smoke Free
• Under age 3, no charge
• Crib/Rollaway $5 each night
• Check-In 4:00 p.m./Check-Out 11:30 a.m.

About Individual Rates

• Crib/Rollaway $5 each night, plus tax and service charge
• Meals: Individuals may purchase meal tickets at front desk prior to entering serving line; Kids 3-12 years old eat for ½ price; under age 3, no charge
• All rates subject to change and include a 5% Glynn County Bed Tax, 7% Sales Tax, 5% Service Charge and a $5 Georgia Motel Fee
• There is a 3% Credit Card Transaction Fee on payments over $1,000.  
• No Pets or Intoxicants
• Epworth’s Facilities are Smoke Free
• Epworth accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, cash, or travelers’ checks.
